i loved my stay at gallery during the christmas party! the staff was so kind and accommodating, and the quiet room exceeded my expectations while exploring cartagena. everything was within walking distance, making it super convenient.

Location’s a win, right in the old center. Clean rooms, comfy beds—def made it easy to crash after a long day exploring. They could’ve thrown in breakfast. that would’ve been nice. But all the good spots are within walkin' distance, made the whole stay breezy!

My experience at Hotel Gallery was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I was not provided any assistance with my luggage, and the staff was dismissive of my requests for basic help. The room I had booked was without any windows, leaving me feeling claustrophobic and uneasy.

It was an excellent fit for a short stayover in Cartagena with great value. Liked that the staff provided helpful recommendations for cafes nearby for breakfast, which made mornings easy. Be prepared for some road noise if you're sensitive to that!

amazing location

friendly staff

gallery has an amazing location, just a minute from the clock tower. every major attraction is within a short walk. my double room was a good size for a solo traveler, and the friendly hotel staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

great location,, but room lacked natural light

The park across the street provided a lovely city view, perfect for morning walks. I appreciated the vibrant area filled with diverse restaurants and rooftop bars, which made dining easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with suggestions.

The room felt a bit enclosed due to a lack of windows for natural light.
